Additional sources of revenue are always a welcome thing. Especially when they involve doing something thoroughly enjoyable. For me, that would be cooking. And to be brutally honest, I’m damn good at it. That is why I have decided to start offering baked items again. All items will be made with almost 99.9% organic ingredients as nature intended.
Here is a list of some of the delicacies that will be available:
- Scones
- Sweet rolls (Plain, caramel, frosted)
- Bread (various styles)
- Muffins
- Popovers
Each item will also have an ingredient list, so that you will know what you are eating. Oh, and there will be no “light” items offered. The cooking here is all done with butter, lard, whole milk, heavy cream, etc. Fat cooking is the way to go. 🙂
